Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Principles

Cloudprismcore provides professional programming consulting, cloud infrastructure audits, and distributed systems advisory services. Because our engagements involve dedicated time allocation by senior systems architects and proprietary technical analysis, our refund and cancellation terms are structured around milestone deliverables and sprint stages.

2. Engagement Deposits & Initial Cancellation

Most advisory sprints require an initial deposit (typically 30% to 50% of the total Statement of Work value) to reserve architect scheduling and initiate preliminary telemetry discovery.

• Cancellation Prior to Engagement Kickoff: If the Client provides written cancellation at least seven (7) business days prior to the agreed project start date, the initial deposit is refundable minus a 10% administrative discovery fee.
• Cancellation Within 7 Days of Kickoff: If cancellation occurs within seven (7) business days of kickoff, 50% of the initial deposit is retained to cover pre-allocated engineering capacity.

3. Work Already Started & Milestone Settlement

Once an advisory sprint commences:

• Completed Milestone Phases: Work completed and delivered in agreed phases (e.g. Diagnostic Topology Baseline or IaC Security Audit Report) is non-refundable.
• Mid-Project Termination: If either party terminates an active engagement before final completion, billing is prorated based on the actual hours and milestone deliverables completed up to the date of written notice. Any unearned portion of prepaid retainers will be refunded within fifteen (15) business days.

4. Rescheduling Advisory Sprints & Workshops

Clients may reschedule collaborative architecture workshops or discovery sprint kickoff dates without financial penalty by providing at least three (3) business days prior written notice. Requests with less than three business days notice may incur a rescheduling fee of NT$15,000 to reassign senior personnel.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Advisory hours already rendered during live pair-programming or architectural consultation sessions.
• Delivered and approved custom Terraform/OpenTofu codebases and runbooks.
• Specialized cloud simulation expenses or dedicated third-party benchmarking compute incurred specifically for the Client's audit with prior written approval.

6. Refund Request Procedure & Processing Time

To submit a formal refund or cancellation request:

1. Send a written notice via email to info@cloudprismcore.click referencing your SOW agreement number, project lead, and specific reason for the request.
2. Our finance and advisory leadership will review the request against milestone completion logs and respond in writing within five (5) business days.
3. Approved refunds will be remitted using the original payment method (electronic wire transfer / corporate bank transfer) within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days of approval.
